Creative Technology, a worldwide leader in digital entertainment products, today introduced Creative DiVi CAM 516, a stylish mini digital camcorder offering video recording in the latest MPEG-4 format and video playback on TV in addition to practical functions such as a 5.1 Megapixel digital camera, MP3 player, voice recorder and webcam - all at an affordable price of $249.00. The small and trendy Creative DiVi CAM 516 fits perfectly into the palm and comes in 3 stylish colours of Black, Silver and Light Blue. Creative DiVi CAM 516 is able to record high quality videos in VGA (640 x 480 pixels) resolutions up to a maximum of 30 frames per second. Users can also play back the videos captured on any TV to share with their friends and families.
High Resolution Photographs
With the new 5.1 Megapixel sensor, Creative DiVi CAM 516 is able to capture high resolution images that are fine in details and vibrant in colours. It can even capture images up to 12.0 Megapixel interpolated resolution. With shooting modes such as Normal and Macro and a 4X digital zoom, Creative DiVi CAM 516 is easy to use even for amateur photographers.

Practical Functions
In addition to digital video recording, Creative DiVi CAM 516 functions as a MP3 player, voice recorder and even a webcam. Apart from enjoying digital music on the move, Creative DiVi CAM 516 can be used to record lectures, meetings or seminars. These media collections can be shared easily among friends and families through the USB port. Videoconferencing and messaging are also possible with the built-in webcam function. Creative DiVi CAM 516 only requires 4 AAA batteries and has 32MB of built-in memory with an option for expansion through the Secure Digital (SD) expansion slot. Users can increase the memory storage up to 1GB for more photograph and video collections.
