Another interesting HP printer model is the HP Photosmart A717 compact photo printer. The market for home printing is booming and have become a major product group for printer manufacturers to jump in. HP's Photosmart A717 is designed for people who want to convenience edit and print instant-drying, full size 13x18 cm photos, without a PC. An interesting features is the internal memory of 4GB which enables the user to store and view his images. The 2.5-inch LCD display on top of the HP A717 printer is convenient enough to let you edit or view your images. Or just connect the HP Photosmart A717 to a TV and enjoy the slide show.

The HP A717 compact printer is able to print a variety of sizes, including passport, 10 x 15cm and 13 x 18cm, or even video frames or greetings cards, without the need of a PC. If you have some spare time left you can use the HP Real Life Technology to automatically remove red-eyes, sharpen photos and improve colour.
