Photokina 2011 - Casio EX-ZR10 photo gallery - At Photokina, Casio introduced a new Exilim digital camera. The advanced, super fast Casio EX-ZR10 is ideal for artistic digital photography. The 12.1 megapixel Casio EX-ZR10 is equipped with the new Casio Exilim Engine HS image processor, which integrates high-speed photography and image processing. In combination with Casio’s High-Dynamic Range-technology (HDR), stunning pictures are guaranteed. By pushing the shutter-release button, the HDR-function shoots several digital photos with different shutter-release times. These photos are then combined to make one photo with the optimum contrast depth. In this way, light as well as dark parts of the photo are lit equally. A great photography function in a compact Casio camera body!

The new Casio EX-ZR10 belongs to the High Speed camera series from Casio and was the first compact camera equipped with HDR technology. Now the Casio EX-ZR100 camera is also equipped with such technology. Both Casio cameras are equipped with the unique HDR-Art function, which creates a completely new type of digital photography. The HDR-Art function controls the contrast and colors, which allows you to add interesting, fun effects to your photos. These are effects that previously were only possible with Personal Computer software, and that now can be achieved by just pushing one button.

In the high-speed burst mode it is possible to achieve a maximum of 40 photos per second. This makes the Casio EX-ZR10 camera ideal for photography of moving subjects, such as children or animals or racing cars. Besides being really fast, the Casio EX-ZR10 digital camera is also user-friendly. The Casio EX-ZR10 digital camera is equipped with a 7x optical zoom that has the same effective range of a 14x optical zoom, thanks to Multi SR Zoom. The Casio EX-ZR10 compact camera is also equipped with a slide panorama photo function and the camera also offers extensive video recording options. Next to high-speed video recordings with a speed of up to 480 frames per second for slow motion images, the Casio EX-ZR10 camera also makes Full HD- video recordings.
