Fast, responsive and versatile, the Nikon Coolpix S8100 with an incredible 10x zoom will capture fast-moving subjects in still images and HD (1080p) movies. To help capture moments that are gone in an instant, the Nikon Coolpix S8100 not only features high-speed shooting at five full resolution frames at up to 10 frames-per-second (fps), but a pre-shooting cache that records up to two shots before the shutter-release is fully pressed.

Nikon P7000 review

Photokina 2010 Reviews - The Nikon Coolpix P-series stands for Great Performance; it is an advanced camera aimed at the serious photographer who demands a lot from his camera. The new Nikon Coolpix P7000 is meant to live up to that and at first glance the camera specifications look very promising. The Nikon P7000 is not just a logical successor to the P6000. Nikon has taken a step back in terms of the amount of Megapixels, has changed the design, and has exchanged the short zoom range for a mega zoom lens. Nikon seems to be getting back to basics with the P7000. Gadgety functions such as GPS and Ethernet-interface have been eliminated, and the emphasis is obviously on the image quality.

Photokina camera review - Nikon has renewed its Coolpix digital camera series with a new compact camera, the Nikon Coolpix S80. It is a new digital camera that is especially riding on its Ďlooksí, and it is also equipped with a very fine display. It is a compact digital camera for the trendy photographer with an eye for design, comparable to Canonís successful IXUS camera line. The Nikon S80 is not a typical photographerís choice, but it is more meant for those that is looking for ease, wanting to take snapshots now and then while on vacation, or of family of friends. The Nikon S80 is operated completely automatically with support from Nikonís Vibration Reduction (VR) system, among others.

Sanyo Xacti PD1 mini camcorder

Although the ultra-compact PD1 (63.1 x 22.0 x 110.8 millimetres) is not much bigger than a mobile phone, the Sanyo Xacti PD1 mini camcorder comes with an impressive range of technical features. LG Smartphone review

Review Photokina 2010 - The LG mini GD880 Smartphone retail package is simple but neat. On the top we see a picture of the LG Smartphone next to a measuring stick, to show once more that the format is an important technical specification of this new LG Smartphone. The LG Mini Smartphone is very compact and has a pretty sleek design. Additionally, we find a charger, data cable, a headset and instruction manuals in the sales package. We try out the LG Mini TiŽsto Edition with an 8GB memory card on which various TiŽsto content is included. The LG mini Smartphone has a silver border with a part of brushed aluminum on the front. There are a few keys: the volume keys, the power key and one for the camera.
