The P-5000 is the latest addition to Epson’s award-winning multimedia storage viewer range. Featuring a large 4.0” Epson Photo Fine Ultra LCD viewer with the world’s first four-colour filter system, it provides an increased colour gamut and unrivalled image quality. The P-5000 comes with an 80GB hard drive and long battery life, making it a reliable storage device for photographers. JPEG, RAW support for major camera manufacturers and improved user-friendly media management software are also included in a sleek, sturdy and portable design. Epson’s Photo Fine Ultra screen uses red, blue, emerald green and yellow green, which enables colours to be reproduced at a more natural level.

With a 40GB hard drive and long battery life, it is an extremely versatile tool to store and view your photos, listen to your favourite songs and watch the latest movies. The Epson P-3000 multimedia viewer is the ideal storage companion for gadget lovers. The Epson P-3000 is the first multimedia storage viewer on the market to incorporate a four-colour filter system and support Adobe RGB colour space, for ultra-sharp images.

Another Photokina announcement from Epson; Epson unveils the Epson P-2000 multimedia storage viewer, the successor to the Epson Photo PC P-1000 photo viewer. The Epson P-2000 enables consumers to professional photographers to save their photos from their digital camera memory card and view them on the 3.8 inch Photo Fine display wherever they are. The Epson P-2000 features the amazing Photo Fine viewer, a low temperature polysilicon TFT technology that offers a resolution of 212 pixels per inch (ppi) and vibrant colours for sharp and crystal-clear picture quality. Thanks to the Photo Fine display, digital photographs will come to life on screen. In addition to the quality photo viewing capabilities, the Epson P-2000 provides support for digital camera and camcorder movies and music files. It features a 40 GB hard disk drive, so it can double up as a portable storage unit for any PC or Mac files. The Epson P-2000 is around twice as fast as its predecessor when viewing photos and has a battery life of up to three hours. And it supports RAW files from Nikon, Canon and the new Epson R-D1 rangefinder digital camera.
