Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1

Panasonic introduced the new Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 digital compact camera in Lisbon February this year. During the introduction, it soon became clear that it was an extremely compact Mega zoom digital camera, in fact, one of the world's smallest Mega zoom digital cameras with 10x optical zoom. As well as its compact size, the Panasonic Lumix TZ1 has 5 million effective pixels from a 6.37 Megapixel CCD image sensor. One of this electronic giant's major achievements is the application of the MEGA O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer) throughout the entire range of Panasonic digital cameras.

Panasonic DMW SDP1 Photo Player

Panasonic today introduced the new Panasonic HDTV Photo Player DMW-SDP1 that allows users to view photos taken by a LUMIX or other SD-enabled digital camera, in High Definition quality on a large screen TV. Through simply connecting the Panasonic SDP1 (using supplied HD component cable) to a High Definition TV, such as a Panasonic VIERA, and inserting their SD/SDHC memory card into the slot, users can view their photos in 1080i high definition quality. Taking advantage of its wide portfolio of consumer electronic expertise, Panasonic’s commitment to create a new photographic culture through the introductions of not only cameras but also other digital imaging solutions, continues to grow.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX3

Panasonic introduced the new Panasonic Lumix 6 Megapixel, f/2.8 3x optical zoom (equivalent to 35 mm to 105 mm on a 35 mm film camera) Leica DC lens Panasonic DMC-FX3 featuring MEGA O.I.S.(Optical Image Stabilizer) and max. ISO 1600 high sensitivity mode (Not including Macro Mode). Panasonic has long led the industry with its incorporation of an optical image stabilization system, MEGA O.I.S., into even its compact range of cameras. This system produces no deterioration of picture quality and has now become a standard feature for all digital cameras in the market. Now the new Panasonic FX3 also benefits from a High Sensitivity mode which allows shooting at a maximum sensitivity setting of ISO 1600.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX07

Panasonic today introduced the new Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX07 7.2 Megapixel, 28mm wide angle f/2.8 Leica DC lens with 3.6x optical zoom (equivalent to 28mm to 102mm on a 35mm film camera) camera, featuring an Intelligent Image Stabilizer by MEGA O.I.S.(Optical Image Stabilizer), a 2.5 inch large LCD monitor and Intelligent ISO control. Inheriting the highly valued 28mm Leica DC lens in a compact body from its their predecessor, the Panasonic DMC-FX07 camera allows users to enjoy the benefit of a wide angle lens when shooting indoor group portraits, expansive landscapes, or architectural scenes. The Panasonic Lumix FX07 will be available in silver, red, black and blue with a specially textured finish.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX2

Panasonic introduced the Panasonic Lumix DMC LX2, successor to the LX1, which has received high acclaim for its unique 16:9 wide CCD, plentiful functions, and smart design. The Panasonic LX2 inherits the f/2.8 28mm wide angle LEICA DC lens, 4x optical zoom (equivalent to 28mm to 112mm on a 35mm film camera) and MEGA O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer) system in addition to an enhanced CCD capable of 10.2 Megapixels and larger 2.8 inch 16:9 wide LCD. The Panasonic DMC LX2 is unique in that it incorporates triple-“wide” features of 28 mm wide angle Leica DC lens, 16:9 wide CCD and 16:9 wide LCD. In addition, the Panasonic LX2 is capable of recording wide 16:9 high definition (1280 x 720) motion image at 15 fps.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50

Panasonic introduced the 10.1 Megapixel Panasonic Lumix FZ50 with MEGA O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer) featuring 12x optical zoom (equivalent to 35 mm to 420 mm on a 35 mm film camera) f/2.8 Leica DC lens, as a successor to the DMC-FZ30, which has received high acclaim worldwide. The Panasonic DMC-FZ50 boasts a 10.1 Megapixel high resolution CCD for its image sensor and Venus Engine III for the image processing LSI, making it possible to record a image at max. ISO 1600 high sensitivity setting at full resolution. Furthermore, by reducing the noise levels that challenged its predecessor, the Panasonic DMC-FZ50 is able to capture 10.1 Megapixel full resolution images even in high sensitivity recording.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-L1
